Getting settled in the NICU

After months of waiting, our sweet girl was born rather quickly and even let out a couple of small cries! She weighs 6lb 7oz.

The doctors and nurses worked on her for longer than expected in the stabilization room due to some things going not to plan. She is stable now though and once she is settled in the NICU, we will go see her again.

We have really felt like all of the small details of yesterday and today have just worked out so well, which is such a blessing. We have also had so much peace throughout this whole experience and we are praising God for that!

Thanks again to everyone for your support, prayers, texts, messages, etc etc :) We may not get a chance to respond to everyone right away but know that we appreciate and are so thankful for all of your support.

We will likely just post here on the blog to keep people updated most of the time. <3
